Bib numbers and ride instructions sent to pre-registered riders who requested packet by mail.
Packet Pick Up dates:
Riders who register on line after 8/1 or want to register as a "walk up", if available, will have to pick up packets and bibs as follows:

Please note that late registrants are not guaranteed ride t-shirt or give-aways
Late registration riders and riders who registered on-line after 8/1 will have to pick up packets at
the Registration table Saturday, 8/24 (2pm-5pm) or Sunday 8/25
(5:30am-6:30am). Please arrive early (and expect a line) at the Registration table in
order to be in place with your bib when the first wave start is staged
at 6:30am. Day of "walk up" registration, if available, will also open
at 5:30am.

8/24/2013
- 2:00 - 5:00PM - Late registration (registered after 8/1/13) bib pick-up. Embarcadero Marina Park South (event site). "Walk-up" registration may also be available if the ride is not sold out.
8/25/13 - Bike the Bay Ride
- 5:30 a.m. - Late registration riders and riders who registered on-line after 8/1 will have to pick up packets at
the Registration table Saturday, 8/24 (2pm-5pm) or Sunday 8/25
(5:30am-6:30am). Please arrive early (and expect a line) at the Registration table in

- 6:30 a.m. Staging of riders
- 7:00 a.m. - Wave starts begin
- 8:30 a.m. - Post-ride Festival opens
- 9:30 a.m. - Rest Stop #1 Closes
- 10:30 a.m. - Rest Stop #2 Closes
- 11:00 a.m. - Rest Stop #3 Closes
- 11:30 a.m. - Official ride course closes
- 12:30 p.m. - Post-Ride Festival Closes
